It is with great sadness that we learn of the passing of Mr. Paiboun Philathong, former Deputy Director General of Mass Media department of the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism.
On behalf of the Thai Journalists Association, I offer our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and the people of Lao PDR.
